Small, family-owned equestrian facility near scenic Raccoon Creek State Park. The 14 stall hemlock barn has a tack room, wash stall, and an indoor 120'x60' riding arena complete with sand footing and stirrup rails. There is also a spacious 200'x100' newly fenced in outdoor riding arena just outside the barn which also has sand footing. 7 fenced pastures surround 23 partially-wooded acres. Conveniently located two miles from Raccoon Creek State Park riding trails, also a short drive to Tomlinson Run State Park and Beaver Creek.
